 30-Day Return Policy  

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.  

- Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.  

• Include the packing slip or order number.  

 

💬 How to Start a Return  

1. Email us at support.covera@outlook.com with your order number.  

2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.  

3. Pack your item securely and drop it off.  

Once we receive it, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

 🔄 Exchanges  

Prefer a different size or style? Let us know — we’ll help you exchange it (subject to availability).

❌ Non-Returnable Items  

For hygiene reasons, final sale items or used shapewear cannot be returned unless defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us — we’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked.
